The service

Festival Copilot provides software for planning, running and reporting on events and festivals. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

Your content

You own the data you put into Festival Copilot. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display that data back to you and your team — nothing more. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you provide.

AI features

AI-extracted figures (from ticketing dashboards, analytics screenshots and similar uploads) are provided as a convenience. While accuracy is high, you remain responsible for verifying financial figures before making business decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unauthorised access attempts, no reselling of the service, and no uploading of content you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
